Speaker: Pastor Sammy Roberson
Sammy grew up in Long Beach with his mother and younger sister. His life was transformed by the gospel through a bus outreach ministry at the First Baptist Church of Long Beach, CA. After graduating from Bible college, he took on a position as a Christian school teacher and as an assistant pastor at his local church. In 2009, Sammy married the love of his life, Ileana Mendoza. Ttogether, following God's call, they moved to Indiana, where Sammy had the privilege of teaching at a Bible college and traveled across the country preaching as an itinerant speaker at various conferences. God has used his powerful preaching and spirit to bless the lives of many. Blessed with four beautiful children, in 2016, God brought the Roberson family to lead the Spanish ministry at Liberty Baptist Church of Newport Beach. Today, the Roberson family is blessed to serve the Hispanic community of Orange County.
